Q: Are you accepting new patients?
A: Yes! We love new patients.
Q: Do you refer your patients to other facilities for dental work?
A: Not very often. We do all of our own fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures. We do almost all of our own root canals, extractions and gum treatments. We don't place braces.
Q: Are you in my plan's preferred doctor group?
A: The only group we are members of is Delta Dental. But even if we are not in your group, we will still submit bills to your insurance company and they often pay some of the bill anyway.
Q: Do you have payment plans?
A: Yes. We are happy to work with you to design a payment plan that fits your budget.
Q: Are you open weekends?
A: Yes. We are open every Saturday.
Q: Are you gentle?
A: Yes. Dr. Terp hates pain in his own mouth and he knows you do too. We work slowly and carefully and always make sure you are feeling comfortable. If you're not comfortable for any reason, we'll immediately stop and make you comfortable. We really care about how you feel.
Q: Do you see children?
A: Yes! We love seeing children of any age.
